We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded professional who takes ownership and gets things done. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, business development support, professional services, technology, education, consulting, or a fast-growing company. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, excellent follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and confidence working with senior stakeholders are essential. Experience with CRM, project management, digital marketing, and AI productivity tools is highly valued. This is not a traditional administrative position. It is an execution role with significant responsibility and exposure across RTI’s business. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with RTI and take on broader operational and leadership responsibilities as the organization scales.المسؤوليات
- Operations & Project Coordination Coordinate strategic and operational projects from planning through completion. Track actions, deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments. Coordinate with RTI partners, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Prepare meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up. Sales Operations Track opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the sales pipeline. Maintain CRM data, activities, meetings, proposals, and deal progress. C
