How it works

You have sent the same CV twenty times.

On Nabesh you do that work once, and we tell you what happens to it.

  1. Your CV becomes a profile

The copilot reads it and fills in your experience and your skills. You fix whatever it got wrong before anything is saved.

No machine decides whether you get the job.
A profile filled in from a CV on Nabesh: a field of work, two jobs and a row of skills, each line marked as added once the person confirms it.
  2. Apply in a minute

Your profile is the application. Answer the company’s questions, check what they will see, and send it.

The apply screen for a job: the company’s questions with short answers, what the company will see, and the button that sends it.
  3. You will know where it stands.

Most applications disappear. Here every one carries a status, and you are told when it changes.

One application’s history on Nabesh: its status, the events it has already passed through, and the one it has just reached.

FAQ

Before you start

Is it really free?

Yes, and it stays free for people looking for work. If companies ever pay, it will be for hiring tools on their side. You never do.

Who can see my profile?

Anyone with the link can read your public page: name, headline, experience, education, skills and languages. Your phone, email, age and date of birth are never on it. A company sees how to contact you only after you apply to its job.

Are these real companies?

Every job is posted from a company profile by someone who confirmed they hire for it, and each job passes an automated check before it goes public. We do not inspect registration papers, and we would rather say so than imply a stamp we do not give.

What if I do not have a CV?

You can build the profile by answering questions instead. The CV only saves you time.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Nabesh runs in your phone’s browser, and it is built to keep working on a slow connection.

One profile. Apply to as many jobs as you like.

Building it takes a few minutes, and you only do it once. Free for people looking for work — no fee to build a profile, and none to apply.
