Why it exists
The problem
Finding work in Syria still runs on outdated platforms and manual work. The same CV is typed into form after form, and most applications disappear without a word. A company reads a pile of PDFs in an inbox and cannot tell where anyone stands.
What technology should do
Technology should do the manual part so a person does not have to. Today the copilot builds a profile from a CV and drafts a job from one sentence. We are building the same help for reading applications and comparing candidates, and a person still decides who is hired.
Beyond the local market
Syrian talent is not only for Syrian companies. We are working with companies in the Gulf and Saudi Arabia to bring their openings here, remote and on site. Every skill exported this way brings income into Syria’s economy.

Every job comes from a company profile, posted by someone who confirmed they hire for it. We do not check registration papers, so we do not show a verified mark.
