Three steps, and the first one is once.
The assistant gets the role out of your head. The workspace keeps every applicant, teammate, update, and decision in one place.
Create your company
Name, logo, and where you are. You do this once and never again.
The company profile screen: a logo tile, the kind of organisation, and the industry, size and place it publishes — marked as able to publish once the three are in.Write the job
With the copilot from one sentence, or on your own if you would rather.
It drafts. You decide who to hire. The job copilot on Nabesh: the employer’s one sentence, and the title the draft takes from it, which the employer reads before anything is published.Review and decide
Applicants land on the board. Move them along, and everyone is told where they stand.
The hiring board: five stages, with candidates sitting in them and one moving from one stage to the next.
Everything after the job post, too.
Publish when ready, pause applications, close the role, or mark the hire without rebuilding the job.
Applicants you can compare.
Every application arrives in the same shape — experience, education, skills and languages in the same fields, a verified email, and a short introduction video when they recorded one. Twelve PDFs in an inbox cannot be read side by side. These can.
Both sides stay told.
Move someone to interview and they know. Close the role and everyone waiting is told. No candidate is left refreshing an inbox, and nobody on your side sends that message by hand.
Control the full job lifecycle
Publish, pause, close or mark the hire from one screen, and every job keeps its revisions and its links.
Ask what matters before the interview.
Start from suggested questions, add your own, and review every answer beside the candidate profile.
Invite your colleagues, not your password.
Everyone gets their own account and their own role. A hiring manager can read an application and leave an opinion without ever seeing the candidate’s phone number.

The questions we get asked
What do I see when someone applies?
Every applicant arrives with a complete profile, so you can review their experience, education, and skills in one place.
Do applicants get our phone number?
No. Nobody on your team appears on the job with a number or an email. Candidates apply through the page, and you contact the ones you choose.
Do we need to send company registration papers?
No. You confirm you are authorised to hire for the company and fill in its profile. We do not verify legal registration, and we never tell candidates that we did.
Can we post in English?
Yes. Write the job in whichever language you hire in, and it stays exactly as you wrote it — we do not machine-translate it. The interface around it follows the reader.
Does requiring a profile put candidates off?
Some, yes — the ones who were going to send the same CV to forty jobs without reading any of them. Everyone who does apply arrives in the same shape, which is what lets you read twelve applications side by side instead of opening twelve PDFs.
Post your first job.
Creating your company takes a few minutes, and the first job can be written for you.
