Company: INSHARO | 100% Remote | Full-time | USD 400 / month fixed Schedule: Mon–Fri 11:00 AM–7:00 PM KSA (1h break); Sat 11:00 AM–3:00 PM KSA (30m break). 12-month renewable. Role: Own the BI environment — architect scalable data models, audit workspaces, lead data governance. Work independently on concurrent projects and embed AI tools into analytics workflows. Responsibilities

BI Architecture & Optimization: audit/document/restructure BI workspaces for scalability
Advanced Data Modeling: complex Power BI models with advanced DAX (incl. iterators like SUMX)
Strategic KPI & Commission Logic: dashboards for Sales KPIs, UPT-style metrics, multi-tier commission/collection scoring
Database Management: complex SQL against live production data
ERP Systems Integration: map ERP schemas; incremental refresh
Workflow Automation & AI: Power Automate + AI in daily coding/analytics
Governance & Leadership: RLS, access controls; coordinate remote reporting team
